Returns

Returns applicable only for items damaged during shipping. We require a package opening video to initiate return. 

If you find the item in damaged condition at the time of opening our package, please submit a package opening video to our team. Once our team approves, you have 5 days from the date of approval to return the item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. We will then initiate the refund process to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
